Most cyclical living programs out there just focus on “eat like this” and “exercise like that” according to each cycle phase, but the way I teach cyclical living in Rewilding goes much deeper.

My approach is rooted in how the menstrual cycle is a reflection of the seasons, the moon cycle, and the phases of life, and what we can learn from nature to help us care for our own bodies.

In Rewilding, I’m not going to give you one-size-fits-all surface level tips about food and exercise. While there are guest trainings on these topics, our focus is on emotions and energetics. I’m going to guide you through meditations, rituals, nature-based teachings, and healing practices to align your entire life with your cycle, while strengthening and deepening your connection with your womb, the moon, and the earth.

Meet Your Guide

Lindsay Sara, MSW

In 2017 I was completely disconnected from my womb and was suffering from debilitating periods. It was the kind of pain that kept me bed ridden, moaning, squirming, nauseous, and shivering. My doctors kept telling me to take more and more pain meds to a point where I was taking double or triple the regular dosage.

I had enough. I decided to come off the pain meds and tried all the healing methods you could think of, but I wasn’t getting to where I wanted to be and I knew there was still a missing piece to my healing.

That piece was cyclical living, with my womb, the moon, and the earth. Living cyclically has helped me cultivate deep love and appreciation for my body. I’ve been able to transform my menstrual cycle from a painful burden to a tool that I use to help me care for myself. I now have more energy, less period pain, and tools to navigate my emotions based on where I’m at in my cycle.
